Community Organization Programs

We design U.S.-based Community Organization Programs in order to:

–Provide practical and culture-specific services to refugee communities to improve living conditions;

–Work collaboratively with other voluntary agencies to supplement their services and fill in gaps;

–Assist community-based organizations in areas where refugees are concentrated;

–Enhance community identity through organized activities;

–Provide translation services and follow-up training, including ESL and citizenship classes;

–Build bridges of understanding with other sectors of U.S. society and the international community.
