Shara Wali Director of Administration
Shara is a dedicated and passionate accounting professional with a strong background in education, finance, and public relations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Administration from Koya University in 2020 with distinction and a grade of 81%.
She served as a lecturer at Haibatsultan Technical Institute in Koya, she developed and delivered accounting courses, mentored students, and contributed to curriculum development to ensure alignment with both academic standards and market needs. In March 2023, she took the role of Director of Public Relations at the institute, in this position she led strategic communication initiatives, manage media relations, and work to enhance the institute’s public image and engagement.
Shara is a certified trainer in Human Resource Management (TOT) through the American Institute and hold a certification in Entrepreneurship and Business Development from The Foundation Hub. These certifications reflect her commitment to continuous growth and professional development.
Additionally, she is deeply involved in community outreach programs that focus on social justice and economic empowerment, particularly passionate about sustainable living and eco-friendly practices. She enjoy reading contemporary literature and writing on topics related to economic empowerment and social development.
As a women’s activist, she advocates for gender equality and women’s rights in both academic and professional settings, she actively participates in initiatives that empower women to become leaders in their communities and workplaces.
As a member of the Kurdistan Accountants Association, she took pride in contributing to the development of her community through education, financial management, and advocacy.
